Mindfulness Homework Booklet
The booklet provides very simple tasks which encourage children to reflect in a mindful way at home, integrating mindfulness into their everyday lives. This can be done by complete beginners and children can either do the activities alone or with a parent. No resources are required.
This booklet provides one month of homework activities (one page per week with a daily task for Monday-Thursday). These tasks can easily be repeated each month to encourage the children to become familiar with using mindfulness in their lives.
Activities include simple mindful eating practices, mindful breathing, gratitude practice, mindful listening and acts of kindness.
