Mindful Monday Happiness Homework
Primary school teacher and trained Relax Kids coach. I introduced Mindful Mondays to my senior infant class this year. This document is an A4 double sided page that requires printing and laminating for your class. All you need to provide your pupils with fun, active and positive homework. This has been such a hit with my class!

We accept returns
The children in my class get Happiness Homework on the first Monday of the month. This document includes a brief explanation for parents, as well as positive affirmations to promote a growth mindset and boost confidence and self-esteem. The document also contains a visual of the five finger breathing technique as well as a menu of mindful activities from which the children choose one or more activities to complete. The children in my class love this homework and it is very good for their mental health. There is also an element of reading in this worksheet and mindful activities include breathing, exercise, playing a board game as a family, helping others, mindful walks, reading a book with an adult, etc. I laminated a class set of these and simply hand them out on mindful Monday instead of the regular class homework. It has been such a hit with parents and pupils alike!
