A humorous 8 page drama suitable for 5th and 6th class students. Includes roles for 7 children. The drama centers on a central character waiting for their Uncle in the Croke Park TV studio, there they meet Marty Morrisey and Joe Brolly and so begins a comic adventure in tea making! Written and performed recently my 5th and 6th class students had a fantastic time with this drama and there were plenty of opportunities to learn new and exciting vocabulary and phrases such as: Léiritheoir (Producer) Stúirthóir (Director) Ceamaradóir (Cameraman) Marbh le tae agus marbh gan é (Dead with tea and dead without it) etc. This drama would be suitable for teachers working on the themes of pastimes, sport, television, media or communications.
