Mé Féin Art Lesson Language
Each September, I cover the Mé Féin theme. I teach a variety of of descriptive language so that the children can write a few sentences to describe themselves. I usually integrate this with Art and encourage the children to draw a large self-portrait. I then revise the language on this handout and encourage the children to cut out and stick down the terms that apply to them. It is a nice way for the children to remember those Irish sentences that apply to them. I will add these in word format so that you can edit the colour and the text size. There are 15 phrases altogether.
