I designed this worksheet pack to encourage my students to think outside the book, to use their imagination and to be creative.
Print and hand out worksheets to your students. Allow them enough time to finish the picture or create a story. I encourage my students to use their imagination and to think outside the box. The more unique, the better! It can take time for your students to gain confidence in their imagination so don’t expect miracles right away!
I like to use this resource as an oral language tool too. I give my students the opportunity to share their picture and explain their thought process with the class.
Any student who doesn’t want to share with the class can be given an opportunity to share with an adult (either in school or at home).
