This reader follows an 'I see a ' sentence structure and develops children's sentence structure with adjectives.
Can also be used for colour identification and object recognition.
Can be used in extendable activities also for example : visuals can be used to sort winter clothing, use in matching games etc..
This reader can be used as a single match to the picture type reader. For example the red hat matches to the red hat or can be extended to include more challenging aspects of comprehension by including 3 items of clothing that the child has to match correctly based upon their comprehension of the sentence read eg: 3 photos of hats and the child has to choose the red one. All additional visuals needed have been included at the end of the reader.
I would recommend laminating and binding this book to ensure longevity as seen in the photos.
Velcro dots are also recommended for making this a matching activity.
