SPHE - Thoughts, feelings & Behaviours powerpoint. 

I have already covered how students have settled after their switch from primary school to secondary school, this led to a discussion about the emotions we felt during this change.

I then created this powerpoint to allow them to understand the link between feelings and behaviours. 

Included is an activity whereby students watch a few scenes from movies like Shrek, Turning Red, Inside Out, The Incredibles and The Hunchback of Notre Dame and they will analyse what is happening in the scenarios through some questions.

After this we move onto the 'Pressing Pause' technique and ways students can do this and take time for themselves.
