A long term plan for term 1 teaching maths to 6th class. It is in a grid formation under the headings strands, strand units, curriculum objectives, learning objectives and learning activities. Its introductory pages include aims, approaches and methodologies, differentiation, resources, skills and concepts, assessment, linkage and integration. You can really adapt it to what ever math scheme your school is using, simply change to your own book scheme in the Resources box. I have loosely based mine around the Planet Math books, but used Operation Maths and Busy at Maths as well. Very easily edited to suit your own classroom needs. I am a teacher for over 10 years and these plans have been highly praised during a recent WSE.
