I know lots of us student teachers have started subbing recently, when we can! I personally love it and always try my best to sub when possible!
I’ve created this printable which is a subbing form which you can fill out while subbing in a class to leave for the class teacher for when they are back!
I’ve seen lots of gorgeous templates online but I created my own as there where some things I wanted to add.
I’ve added a bit of colour but you can print this in black and white and back to back to save on ink and paper!
