Secret Student
Secret Student 🧒 by no means an original idea but I really like to do this with my class. Basically I put a child’s name in this mini table bin that I got in dealz last year. I tell the children I’ve chosen a child as my secret student but they don’t know who (I pop the name into this bin). Throughout the day if that child is following the classroom rules at the end of the day they will win whatever is inside the secret student bin. This works great because the children don’t know who the secret student is so it really encourages positive behavior in the classroom. I don’t use this everyday but I do try and do it once every week/ two weeks! The prizes I use must fit in the bin and they include homework passes, a pencil, rubber, dojo points, stamps, classroom job, cushion etc.
