What Do You See? – Picture Set 2

This pack contains picture scenes for independent writing and invented spelling. Each student gets a picture scene and they write about what they can spot in their picture e.g. I can see a _____. There is a ______. The ______ is ________.

This pack also contains a writing frame for the activity and magnifying glasses to be laminated and used for spotting/focusing on one part of the picture at a time.

Tried and tested in my classroom (senior infants) and it works great – good for differentiation also because the kids can write one sentence or ten etc. – it’s at their own pace. Teacher can write some sentence starters up on the board to aid students if needed. Hope you enjoy! 🙂
