Sound Gumball Race

Board game for the revision of the initial sounds. The game is a ‘gumball race’ where the children roll a dice and move their counter the number of spaces. Each colour gumball has corresponding cards, which the children pick from and read the sound.

This games works brilliant in literacy stations and as an independent activity in pairs during literacy lessons. The game is based on the sounds of the Jolly Phonics programme.
