SESE Science Yearly Plans for 5th- Science Inspector Approved

Yearly long term plans following some of the experiments from Science Quest 5 and some others. We had a science inspection and our inspector raved about my detailed and integrated science planning. Initially for my Dip year, where the inspector was very happy, and edited/improved again over the last three years in Fifth.

Integrated with my SESE Geography and History themes and topics. (also for sale here seperately or cheaper in a bundle of three)

Topics include:

Forces/Materials – Push and pull, making catapults and  honey gingerbread (Normans integration), Centrifugal Force

States of matter, materials and change experiments. Egg and Vinegar.

Environment- Renewable/Non renewable

STEM- Bridge making, making towers

Lungs/Respiration and Heart , Food/Taste and the tongue- fun experiments.

Heat/Flames/Fire

Animal Adaptations/habitats (really fun Antarctica links here)
