This is a traditional Irish pancake recipe that my family love! The recipe contains no sugar however I love to enjoy the pancakes with sugar and lemon when they are served. If you wish to make sweeter pancakes you could add some sugar to the recipe. The healthy version is a great one to teach children! I hope you enjoy making delicious pancakes with your class.
