This play was performed in 24 parts with children in 3rd class . There are all the usual Nativity characters , a mum , 3 children , teacher and kids carol singing , shopkeeper in the town. A lot can be interchangeable or doubled up depends on class size. It can take approx 30 /35 mind depending on the amount of songs .
This is a nativity play with a modern feel as a mother explains to her children the story of the first Christmas. For stage set up it changes from a home scene to a Nativity story scene. The mother and children comment all the way through the Nativity story as the children observe it unfolding.
