What are Boom Cards?
BOOM Cards are digital, interactive task cards. They can be used in a classroom via interactive whiteboard, or completed by students at home for homework or online learning. Teachers must create a free account (click ‘Join with Google’ – takes 5 seconds!) but students do not need an account to play. ‘FastPlay’ links assigned by the teacher allow the students to access the cards via URL and they can play as many times as they wish.

What is included in this resource?
There are 10 cards in this deck, which follow the Irish Maths curriculum for 1st/2nd class.
Each card shows students four coins, and asks them to write in the total.
1c and 2c coins are not included as they are no longer in use.
