This assessment can be used to assess the 16 digraphs on the Jolly Phonics Programme. It assesses digraph identification and also a word that contains the chosen digraph. The document allows for three assessments to take place over time, which helps teachers keep track of progress easily. There is a space to record any observations while assessing.
