This interactive PowerPoint and 5 detailed lesson plans relate to stories with Familiar Settings. During this first week, children will focus on the two stories ‘Gorilla’ by Anthony Browne and ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’ by Judith Kerr. Not only will they enjoy reading both of these wonderful stories, they will also learn, revise and apply their knowledge of nouns, adjectives and punctuation (including question marks) within a variety of engaging activities.
