Children 'catch' other children being kind. They take a note and record what happened e.g. I caught ALEX being kind today. He noticed I was alone and asked me to join in his game. The note is then stuck on the display board (display letters included - Caught being kind). This can be added to throughout the year. Children love to see their name up on the board and it's also a great way for the teacher to see who is being kind.
