This is a lovely worksheet and visual aid to support children as they learn to recognise their own emotions and come up with ways to deal with them. I use this with my class to discuss emotions and what each feeling means to them individually (eg. bubbling tummy, getting hotter, sweating, biting nails, etc). I then work with children to discover ways to help them to calm or change from one emotion to another (eg. deep breaths, tense and release, exercises, colouring, reading, etc)I usually laminate this sheet and Children can display it at their table and it leads to our emotions display in class also where children can show how they are feeling throughout the day.
