This is a great activity for a class to do using their devices.
Pupils need to search for the given landmarks (e.g. Eiffel Tower, Sydney Opera House, etc) and record the following:
- What country is it in?
- What city is it in / near?
- Name a street nearby
- Name a business nearby (e.g. shop, restaurant, etc)
- Name a natural feature nearby (e.g. river, sea, etc)
There are four pages in this activity. It is a great independent activity. I did this activity with my 5th Class. Two pages kept them busy for an hour!! It would suit children in the senior classes.
