Assessment Folder Printables

the Assessment Folder Printables file includes - 

• Decorative colourful cover/section pages in cursive/print with space for your own class/school/teacher details
• Decorative black & white cover page and section pages in cursive/print with space for your own information
• Black & white individual student document checklist page - prefilled or blank to complete yourself - can be ticked on a wholeclass basis as you add the class work samples or you could print an individual copy per student depending on your preference
• Selection of subject assessment page templates for Literacy, Gaeilge and Numeracy. Includes subject labelled pages with space for a picture and wide/narrow lines, a similar page with space to add your pupil number and a non-subject specific page that you could label before photocopying for your class. Printable pages with large/narrow squared paper is included for numeracy. 

These assessment folder printables were designed to speed up folder preparation each year. The colourful cover and section pages could be printed on card stock for durability or the black and white option could be printed on colour card so that you can locate each part of your assessment folder easily. The pages should be hole punched and stored in a ring binder folder making it easy to add to your assessment  throughout the year. When the end of June arrives, use treasury tags to keep your assessment folder together and remove from your ring binder. It is helpful to keep a poly pocket at the back of your ring binder with the sample pages so they can be photocopied each term or whenever you wish to update your samples.
