How I used it

I do not use a spelling programme in school. Instead we use Brendan Culligan’s spellings and dictations. I placed children into groups for their spellings and children are given individualised spellings. For homework the children practise these spellings. These activities worked on the visual elements of learning spellings.

I have enclosed two copies PDF and Doc file versions to allow for editing.

I printed the PDF as multiple (2 pages to one). They children stuck this into their spelling notebooks and completed an activity each night using their individual spellings. Sometimes I assigned the activity or other times they selected their own activity.
