Narrative Writing Unit - WWII themed
We accept returns
Using story boxes, the students will be guided through the different stages of writing a narrative text. Questions to focus thinking are listed under each heading.
Using a WWII image to inspire thinking, this lesson shows how to plan a story and gives examples of how to organise ideas in story boxes.
The Narrative texts:
This is a three page Word document which takes the ideas used in the Powerpoint and fleshes them out into a real start to finish narrative. You can read these with students as an example/ use them as a cloze activity/ cut and chop these and ask students to organise chronologically etc. They are yours to use as you wish.
