A how are you feeling page which can be used as many times a day as needed/ every week as a check in etc. Each emotion is represented on a ladder with an emoji and title.

A 'what I like about myself' page.

This booklet is an absolute lifesaver when bound and used with children struggling with their big emotions but is also really helpful for whole class use for weekly check-ins/ SESE or wellbeing week.
The good thing about this resource is it can be printed and used so often by the children rather than being a once off task.
Familiarity with its structure can also make it become a really nice resource for use in a calm corner.
