This worksheet can be used at the end of the school year and can give the teacher some valuable feedback about work which they are proud of. This information can then be shared in the end of year reports with the parents if teachers wish to.
This worksheet asks the following questions:
- Something I have enjoyed this year..
- A piece of work which I am really proud of...
- Something I would really like to do before I finish 4th class this year...
- Something I feel I can work on as I move into fifth class next year...
