Headings included:
- Name; Date
- Attendance Notes - can be used for anyone who is absent/late/going home early etc
- Parent Notes - any notes to refer on from parents, parents & collections etc.
- What We Accomplished - Content covered during the day
- Students Who Were Leaders - Children who showed good behaviour and leadership
- Students Who Needed Reminders
- Other Notes - For anything else not covered, perhaps a thank you to the sub/class teacher.
