The 7 sample IEPs covering the following:

Children's names are all down as X so just 'find and replace' in word with your own pupil's name. I have put some extra details/advice/recommendations in red font for your attention. Each IEP is around 4-6 pages. Generally I have put in 6/7 learning targets in most IEPs for example purposes but normally you would just use no more than 4-5 learning targets in an IEP.
With the SSPs and IPLPs -
2 sample School support plans- one for a child needing social skills suitable for 1st-3rd class. One plan for a child needing social skills and EAL suitable for a child in 2nd/3rd class.
2 sample IPLPs (Individual profile & learning programme) - one suitable for a child needing help in 3rd/4th class maths and one suitable for a child needing help in 3rd/4th class English.
In all 4 plans child's name is down as "X" so find and replace in word with your own pupil's name. In all plans, I have put notes/advice etc. in red font for your attention.
