These activities are designed for students to use on their own or with partners. They vary in length from five minutes to 25 minutes, approximately, depending on the student and the game play.
The first game is a matching tasks designed for students who struggle to connect numerical figures and numerical groups. Teachers (or students) can print, cut and laminate the Ninja Bunnies to create more activities.
The remaining four games are designed for play with partners. The games require16 counters of two different colours and 2 dice. We recommend laminating the game board once it’s printed, along with the times tables chart. We encourage teachers to build on the principles outlined in these activities to create their own tasks based on the skill level of their students.
