This is a wonderful resource to start teaching the strand unit money to first or second class. This presentation goes through all of the coins in the Euro currency and leaves opportunities for the children to engage with the presentation by answering the questions on screen before giving answers and visuals. The curriculum for this age group is to only cover coins therefore this is ideal. This presentation also shows how each coin value should be written, in preparation for the children to understand how to write money correctly when completing maths sums.
