Each child in my class is given this booklet at the start of the year. The activities are very simple to ensure they can be completed independently. There are colouring and dot-to-dot activities so that it doesn't feel too much like 'work' to them, this is for classroom management purposes as otherwise they might start trying to do something else whilst their classmates are still working. The booklets are left in a tub that children can take from and tidy up by themselves.

This booklet could be used with Junior Infants or Senior Infants.
