I ordered and paid for a product and I still have not been able to gain access to them. What should I do?
If you’ve missed this, log into your account and you’ll find all your available downloads on the bottom right-hand side of the front page or by selected My Account from the profile menu.
On the very odd occasion, there might be a problem with a file. Please make sure to use the contact page in this case and we’ll try to help you out.
Do you deliver the products?
An average order contains about 10 A4 pages. This would have to be delivered in a big envelope, (15c). Postage would cost €1.30 for regular post. So before any money changes hands, it would cost roughly €1.45 or so per order to post. When one includes paying for someone to run this service, processing returns, or if someone wanted their product in express post, this could rise to over €10 per product!
As most of the products on the website cost €1 or less, one can see that delivery for such a small service like Mash would not be possible. The ultimate aim of Mash.ie is to give Irish teachers a place to share their resources and plans with each other.
Do you have XXX resource for sale on Mash?
I do not have pay pal. How can I pay by debit or credit card?
How do I contact a seller directly?
There's a problem with my resource. What do I do?
The resource I got is not up to standard.
- Step 1: Go to the product page that you bought
- Step 2: Click on the button “Seller Info”
- Step 3: Click on the seller’s name. This will bring you to the seller’s store.
- Step 4: You will see a contact form on the right hand side. Fill this in and the seller should be in touch with you within a couple of days.
- Step 5: If you do not hear back from the seller, contact us and we will intervene then but most problems are usually resolved this way.
I bought a product last year but can't access it.
If you find that you can’t access a product you bought, feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to hunt it down. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so and we can accept no liability for any products that have been removed from a vendor’s store.
