Gaeilge Bingo - Ar an Bhfeirm
SKU: SKU 77042
These Bingo cards are so much fun to use in any classroom and resources setting.
They are based on the foclóir used in the Abair Liom and Bua na Cainte curriculums for Infants.
They can be used in English for oral language development, creating stories in sequence and developing vocabulary for children with English as an additional language (EAL).
They can be used for SESE subjects as they are thematic.
They are a very handy resource to whip out and have lots of fun with. I carried 2 or 3 types of these bingo cards with me when I was substituting and they were appropriate for all age groups for a range of activities.
There are other thematic Bingo cards on my page.

The Bingo cards are done on Microsoft word and so they can be swapped, altered or changed to suit the lesson or foclóir required. I have attached a blank template of a Bingo card for you to make extra cards if needed.

- mSep 5, 2017, 11:06Fantastic practical resource which can be used for english or irish and can be adapted for any class throughout the school. I have used them with infants but colleagues say they are equally well received in higher classes. Can be used to good effect in determining children's language proficiency in line with new language curriculum while keeping children stimulated and interested. My class love "Bingo Time!"

I have built up a collection of these themed bingo cards while I was on school placement and they are so handy to have in the class. I use them in every subject and the children just love them. What was cool also was that no two bingo cards were the same and printing back to back was handy. I have them laminated and I bring them along when subbing as they are a fun transition or time filler in any class.
