Lesson on Pulse Rate
This activity is an investigation into the effect of exercise and rest on pulse rate. The children will observe how the pulse rate changes when exercising and when resting. The children complete a number of exercises and record their findings in a grid. This resource includes a lesson outline and grid. Suitable for third class and upwards. Can be used as part of a science, SPHE, PE and even a maths lesson.
