With my First Holy Communion Class last year we did a little written activity the week of the communion. We explored what the children were thankful for. The children then wrote what they wanted to thank Jesus for on the attached template and then I made a display out of them.

I copied and pasted the required number of templates in the document for each member of the class. I then edited the name at the top of the page. I printed them two per page in order to make my display but it depends what you want to use them for.
