This resource is the first of a series of resources I've been wanting to create. I love looking at 'Media' and 'Persuasive Writing' in the month of December. This resource is interactive, can be used in a whole class setting or in groups or individually. Part One delves into the life of Aldi's 'Kevin the Carrot'. We track his journey from 2016 all the way to 2024. Kevin has become an integral part of Christmas and I thought he would make a lovely introduction to the world of Media and Advertisements.

I used it last year and it gave plenty of mileage, focusing on literacy, creative and critical thinking and covers media education in SPHE as well.
