An inventory document suitable to distribute to staff members to collect data relating to the current level of technology hardware in the school.  Ideal for the data collection element of the Digital Learning Plan, arising from the Digital Learning strategy 2015-2020.
The survey is in PDF form and can be printed and written on by staff or could provide ideas for the Digital Learning Team if a tailor-made survey was to be created for the school.
