This product comes with 4 templates, one of which allows you to add the name of a staff member if you choose, which would provide further differentiation for breaks if the child feels an adult will be required to help regulating!

I use these with select children this year and they are given 3 cards each day and know that this entitles the child to max 3 short sensory/movement breaks a day either in-class or with a staff member, if possible. The students respond really well to having a say when they have a break and are learning to identify clues to let them recognise they need a break!
