6 Classroom Hand Gestures
Includes 6 classroom hand gestures in English, Irish and mixed.
They also come in a cursive and an easy to read font option.
These hand gestures can be used to help manage classroom questions.
Have you ever been mid sentence and a child's hand goes up and all they wanted was to go to the toilet? Yeah, I've been there!! I find these so handy for knowing what the children want and need. You can just nod your head or say "yes" to the children who want a drink or to go to the toilet, resulting in (hopefully!) less interruptions! :)
I've also made a hand gesture card for "random" or "unrelated" questions or queries because no one needs that distraction mid lesson! You can easily see the hand gesture and suggest that the child come and tell you their unrelated query at break time (assuming it's not an emergency!).
