This bundle includes lesson plans, resources and an interactive PowerPoint to support the teaching of Stories in Familiar Settings. During this first week, children will read and enjoy a selection of Horrid Henry books as they learn/remind themselves about this funny young boy who has a talent for getting into trouble! They will research, identify and describe familiar settings used within these stories as they practise extending sentences with descriptive phrases.
SPAG/GPS covered this week: prepositional phrases, noun phrases and prefixes.
