Purchased this pack in August and have been using since. We use the choice board & yoga poses with our son before and after school.
Doing this has helped regulate Noah.We have seen a reduction in emotional outbursts particularly after a school day.
We do these exercises as a family which keeps Noah engaged and siblings involved. Win win in my eyes!

11 pages in each set, 36 visuals/poses in all
Pages 1– 3: Print, laminate and cut out large visuals which can be used to make a larger yoga class display, brain break or choice display.
Page 4: As children learn and improve their ability to do each pose they can colour in the matching picture to show their learning.
Alternatively use as is for a choice board: point to visuals.
Page 5-6: Interactive choice board black and white visuals: Print and laminate both sheets. Cut up the second page and Velcro onto the first to make a yoga choice board in black and white.
Page 7-9: As above only with colour.
Page 10: Visual strip to create a 4 step brain break/yoga visual schedule to support your child.
Page 11: Larger visual schedule board where larger images can be velcroed onto board. A3 also in resource pack to make a larger choice board.
